WINEMAKING: The whole grapes are gently pressed to obtain the must followed by cold static decantation. Fermentation and aging take place “sur lies” in glass-lined cement tanks under controlled temperature.
ALCOHOL: 12.50% vol. average
COLOUR: Intense straw yellow.
TASTING NOTES: Delicate and intense aroma with elegant floral notes. A pleasant bouquet of tropical and citrus fruit stands out along with a slight mineral sensation. Dry, velvety, refreshing and gently aromatic in the mouth. Its great character fulfills and pleases the palate.
SERVING TEMPERATURE: 10-12 ° C
SUGGESTED PAIRING: Pairs wonderfully with fish entrées, sushi, herbs omelets and white meats.
